This is important to note: I ran for the board I think back in 2004 and got good support, but did not get on, back then, any owner could run, The next year it was change that to run for the board you had to be nominated the Nominated committee that run by Management and one other Owner I have sent in my Resumed 3 years straight after that and was turn down, as I was consider a trouble maker as Luct Apple founded the Yahoo group and I followed, I have always maintain that we as owners Owen over 50% of The Manhattan Club and should Control the Board, But Stuart Eichner told me He will always control the Board as he wrote the the NYC timeshare laws while he work in the DA office Howard H Beswick
