for an interesting, informative and educational experience, GOOGLE IAN BRUCE EICHNER, principal developer of the fraudulent scam better known as THE MANHATTAN CLUB. it appears that he's fearless, callous and "ballsy" as a google entry indicates. he continues, even in the face of legal adversity, building his real estate empire. hopefully, someone uncovers his often-, to say the least, questionable real estate dealings.
