This is from TMC owner Howard Beswick: I ran for the board I think back in 2004 and got good support, but did not get on, back then, any owner could run, The next year it was changed that to run for the board you had to be nominated by the nominating committee that was run by management. One other owner and I sent in resumes 3 years straight after that and were turned down, as I was considered a trouble maker as Luct Apple founded the Yahoo group and I followed, I have always maintained that we as owners own over 50% of The Manhattan Club and should Control the Board, But Stuart Eichner told me he will always control the Board as he wrote the the NYC timeshare laws while he worked in the DA's office.

I know the 3 owners Board members: they were hand picked by Stuart Eichner, they are: Patricia Soltys (on board about 5 years James Dumphy ( on board over 10 years Robert Ballot ( on the board over 12 years once Stuart Eichner , Joshua Wirshba, Salvatore Reale, picks you for the Board, you are a board member for life, until you decide you no longer want to be a board member, Stuart Eichner,(developer and joshua Wirshba (general Manager) control the nominating Committee the board members can be found at; tmcny.com website Howard Beswick
