The complete names of each currently serving Board member, their contact info, home addresses, along with everything we can dig up on each of them needs to be published. How have they been permitted to perpetrate these crimes against some probable 20,000+ innocent people for so long?!
These Board members need to be immediately exposed and publicly humiliated ... at the very least ... for stealing our finances for their gain. Who has access to a data base so that we can start exposing these individuals. I have heard from several members that the Jewish community is furious with Eichner for giving the community such a bad reputation
charlesm............ i doubt that "public humiliation" will phase ian bruce eicher; he laughs at such trivia. he and his gang need to have their wallets and financial accounts emptied, the contents of which must be shared by those who suffered financial and usage losses under the eichners' regime, in our case, concerning THE MANHATTAN CLUB.
as for "the jewish community" being "furious", i fail to see the connection that you're assuming: eichner is not necessarily a jewish surname; we do not have any proof concerning that; if proof of this is established, then those involved have the right to be insulted or even furious; however, any national/religious group or individual could conceivably be criminal.
"How have they been permitted to perpetrate these crimes against some probable 20,000+ innocent people for so long?!" consider the lack of legal regulations and restrictions regarding THE MANHATTAN CLUB and any other scheming and fraudulent TIMESHARES that have been duping united states and foreign citizens for years without legal penalties due to lack of legal regulatory statutes. even if they (timeshares) are prosecuted, in most cases they change their names and move on to cheat more and more unsuspecting prospects. i will share an assumption here: i think the nys attorney general, eric schneiderman, has a data base of information to expose THE MANHATTAN CLUB principals........the group led by ian bruce eichner; hopefully he will use this data base as a means to punish these perpetrators and demand that they make adequate financial restitution to all those affected by their fraudulent activities.
