hi pattyh59. if eichner is indeed selling his miami penthouse, i'm claiming the first $100,000 as suitable restitution for any and all monies that i foolishly paid for the purchase and maintenance fees of THE MANHATTAN CLUB. i assume he'll use the balance+++ of the proceeds (after paying us owners off) to pay for his high-profile criminal attorney, court fees and monetary penalties, since he'll hopefully lose the case involving the NEW YORK STATE ATTORNEY VS THE MANHATTAN CLUB......oh, as an aside, and another assumption, doesn't the court have the right to send criminals and their accomplices to jail after paying restitution to people they've wronged financially?
