I was victimized also, both by 3 resale outfits and "the Pro-fessional Advocate." TPA's materials were inaccurate and not usable and, whe there were "corrected" there were still not usable." I disputed the charge on my American Express card multiple times. They went to court, AMEX, and this time I was required to pay the fee. I am out that money for useless materials from TPA plus an attorney's fee. Hard lesson. I eventually paid an outfit to take the Timeshares off my hands (another partial scam.) Diane Reuler

Then professional advocate scammed us in hoping to get back some from trying to sell timeshare. No we have been scammed by both. I tried to call the number given and no one answers -just frustrating.
