I too have been cheated and taken by Preston Green. My family was supposed to have 3 deluxe units at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach December 29-Jan 5 2015. When all 14 of us arrived, we only had one suite. We were lucky to secure a much smaller, and older room in another location. This was accomplished with no help from Preston Green. On several occasions since our trip, Preston has promised us a partial refund. It is now obvious that he was only trying to placate us with no intention of refunding our money. His behavior is truly shameful. He has no conscience. He apparently doesn't care if his clients have no rooms and are forced to sleep on the street. No one should ever trust him or make any future booking with his company.
