go on www.TUG2.net and search manhattan club.. they are pretty much worthless for help and do not do deed backs from what i have seen..

that may have changed due to a lawsuit that was filed and some action was taken on recently i believe. They tend to rent units out to the public, for less than MFs, making it tough for owners to actually be able to use the weeks they own and have a fricken high MF to keep.

POC place in my view.
