Thank you for replying and the sympathies. It has be a very difficult time and I am being strong for my children. I did get confirmation and was going to also call the resort to ensure that they have me confirmed and paid for. I'd hate to get there and be told I owe them money....something I do not have at this point. the only reason I decided to take the kids was because we hadn't used it in over 4 years and with some of the maintenance fees we had paid up until now going towards the room it was relatively cheap. Do I have to pay $1500 in order to get out of the contract? When we joined there were so many more people apparently, but how do you know what to believe. Unless they show you documentation, they can say anything they want. It's too bad because if they had run it more efficiently everyone would benefit and continue to do so.
