If you signed with Resort Villas, and when they changed to Suite Life you continued to pay your maintenance and/or use the service, then it would be judged that you signed with Suite Life or the contract was transferred. I only know this because of a contract issue I had in the past with business. It's been quite a bit of time that has passed since Suite Life took over, so unless we stopped paying right away, I think we are out of luck to not have to pay the $1500.

This Dreamtravel thread has been hijacked by Suitelife complaints.
Is there anyone who actually signed a contract with "Suitelife"? I would think if you signed with Resort Villas then they won't have much luck forcing you to pay $1500 to cancel. None of my paperwork has any name other than Resort Villas.
