NEVER pay a rental company money without receiving a written confirmation immediately. If they fail to give you a written confirmation demand the transaction be rescinded and file a dispute with your credit card company to reverse the charge before the time limit expires. If the rental company cannot furnish a written confirmation RUN as fast as you can away from them. These sham rental companies are fly by night operations that promise you anything to get your money. If they disagree with the written confirmation then they are a SCAM plain and simple. If they can't produce the confirmation then they are selling something they don't have.
Just go to the Timeshare Companies heading and then go to " Dream travel condos anyone ? " and read the horror stories about these rental companies. They are usually run out of websites without any contact information. If you decide to risk your hard earned money after reading the horror stories then you can toss and turn at night hoping you might get something close to what you paid for if anything at all but excuses.
