Is this 'Ovation' program only available to Club Wyndham owners? We own a 2 bedroom unit at Wyndham at Fairfield Glade, TN and the maintenance fees are getting to be exorbitant and we are seriously thing of getting rid of the unit and this Buyback program looks interesting. Any comments are welcome, I will give them a call shortly and hear directly what is being offered to who and what are the terms but thought some info from others would be useful.
