hi, thet6 omg, you're leaving out juicy deals in miami! do you doubt for a moment that juicy brucy (i love that name) would not co-mingle funds where convenient and profitable? greed makes juicy people stoop to many juicy deeds. indeed, mr juicy WAS ACCUSED OF REAL ESTATE FRAUD both in vegas and miami.........see articles in CRAIN'S NY BUSINESS by real estate columnist, amanda fung, back in 2013 and 2014. you mention a federal investigation?.............altogether possible. i believe he dumped his civil legal team for a hotshot criminal attorney concerning the current legal proceedings with NYS ATTORNEY GENERAL. do you think juicy is running a tad scared?
your insight is right on target. it's essential to pass on your information to the NYS ATTORNEY GENERAL, ERIC SCHNEIDERMAN; however, we owners must continue to keep pressure at the local level, then proceed to assisting in higher (federal) legal action as it becomes closer to reality. i'm citing my last post: keep digging at salvatore reale, THE MANHATTAN CLUB'S EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS. juicy brucy is his boss, so keep sal's phones very, very busy with our legitimate complaints. this may still prove to be a valuable tool for us to get out from under this scam/fraud situation. personally, i hit on two main issues in my phone conversation with sal this week: the outrageously exorbitant maintenance fees (having risen over 200%) and the difficulty of getting reasonably closely desired reservation time which, by the way, we're paying for with our maintenance fees. OF COURSE, SAL HAD STOCK ANSWERS FOR EACH OF THE ISSUES I PRESENTED TO HIM (SOUNDING LIKE A SCRIPT WRITTEN BY IAN BRUCE JUICY EICHNER, SAL'S BOSS.)
I HOPE YOU'LL KEEP IN TOUCH. THANKS,
chris
