Proposed: A November 2016 plebiscite to approve the annexation of Hilton Head Island to the state of Ohio.

Given that Hilton Head Island was developed by Ohioans, and that a significant number of Ohioans have retired to Hilton Head Island.

And Given that a significant number of Ohioans own real estate in the form of timeshares and interval ownership.

A plebiscite shall be conducted of all Hilton Head Island real estate owners including Ohio timeshares and interval ownership.

Benefits shall include but not be limited to a civilized closing time of liquor stores (11:00PM and Sunday openings of liquor stores.)

Ohio shall profit from a tax structure that returns all taxes and fees to Columbus.

Limited numbers of South Carolina citizens shall be essential to the several service industries of Hilton Head Island.
