I did not pay the maint. fee for 2015( $2,713.04), nor do I plan to every pay it again. I did pay the real estate portion, however, who knows if they applied it to the NYC tax office. Next year I will send the real estate tax directly to the NYC tax division with a cc to TMC. Like everyone else " what a ripoff ".
