Some people are just anti business. It does not matter that you have an excellent rating, or thousands of satisfied customer and owners. Unfortunately, most of them happy clients don't take the time to express their appreciation in forums like this, so context is extremely important to consider.
While some disappointments are legitimate, others are malicious, libelous, are speculative opinions, and or have no basis in fact.
While we are all busy and quickly read things, people tend to over look things and then make accusations that are unfair and damaging to people who provide a great service. All of our posting clearly state that "High season, Holiday, and Big Event weeks can cost more". We often have units that fall below our posted prices, that is why we encourage people to call for specials. So the poster of this comment, simply did not read the postings and should, and for libelous reasons, retract their statement
The fact is that we can beat most prices that anyone offers most of the time, simply because we are a business and have vast databases and decades long relationships with thousands of owners.
