The more a person rants about his company the more reason to run away from them. NEVER pay a company a penny unless you get a confirmation immediately. They will claim to have the week you want and take your money. Then they cross their fingers and hope to have what you want by the time you go on you vacation. It's a SCAM !!! If they can't furnish a confirmation then don't pay them a penny. Usually by the time you find out they screwed you it's too late too dispute the charge with your credit card company. That's part of their scam !
