Kudos to you, Paul and Don for your opinions and insights.
I wish Preston Green put the same amount of time working with his customers as he does replying to complaints and lecturing on this forum. I will not respond to his claims, as there is no point. I will say this, however: Preston, put your money where your mouth is, stop stalling, stop the double talk, AND PAY US OUR REFUND that you admit to owing us. WE ARE NOT HAPPY REPEAT CUSTOMERS ANY LONGER.
FYI: we "altered our agreement" by adding a date to be paid by. Our attorney laughingly assured us that in no way would that "void the agreement".
Again, stop arguing with clients, stop stalling, send our refund, and start do business in a professional manner.
I will continue to keep the Redweek Forum users up to date regarding our progress, or lack thereof with Preston Green and Vacation Homes Only.
