WOW. Yes, you are right Redweek is a middle person ... and I do loose $14.95 a year. I know that and it is upfront ... we all know that. Redweek says "rent from a owner ... save some money" .... Owners and travelers ... "NOT BROKERS". Do not get me wrong I think everyone has the right to make a $.
But it should be stated that "Preston Green" is not a Owner or traveler ... as long as the buyer is aware.
Your advertisement is deceptive and not clear.
Also, again, I have never seen a price like the ones you advertise. I have called and had friends call and never found a price even close to your advertised price. Again: "That is a bait and switch. Not very open and honest advertising."
Just make the Buyer(Renter) Beware.

Also, Margaret I hope you get your refund from Preston Green. Please tell us all when you get it and how long it took.
If you do get your refund fast and the $ you lost because of the mixup.
I do feel Preston Green and Vacation Homes Only should get the credit for the fast Payment. Just like they require from us.
