You will need your paperwork to complete the survey. It asks for your Identity and Contract ID and your Owner ID, date of purchase, price, If/how you financed it, and other data about your specific deal; checklist of what documents you have; names of sales and reservation people you've dealt with; incentives offered; verbal and written promises made etc. Survey also asks about your experience in making reservations. At the end there is an open ended question to provide anything else not asked.
