I am confused, how do I know if I and my wife are participants in the lawsuit being brought against the MC owners? Yesterday I completed a questionnaire sent by e-mail to me by the NY Attorney Generals office, does this indicate that the lawsuit is getting legs or is this the continuation of the discovery phase?
