Yes, it seems you do need an invitation to attend the Annual Meeting. My husband and I received a notice back in March telling us that it would be held on Tuesday August 4, 2015. We have been owners for 10 years but this is the first time we are attending the Annual Meeting. On March 30, we received a letter from TMC confirming space for two persons.

We are looking forward to attending, if for no other reason than to see who is on the board and to hear what is being discussed. I will gladly post anything I learn after I attend the meeting.

By the way, our dues are currently paid through Jan 2016, but we have decided that we will not pay any more dues until the AG settles this case. We have never been able to get a reservation at TMC, we have instead traded our flexpoints on RCI every year. While we have tried to make the best of this timeshare debacle and have stayed at some nice properties in Las Vegas, New Orleans and Florida, we could probably stay in great hotels for less money, since we not only have our TMC annual dues, we also have to pay annual RCI membership fees plus a fee every time we make a reservation. NO MORE.
