Hello! Like a so many others I have been a disgruntle owner of a penthouse timeshare and like many others I have not paid my annual maintenance fee for the next year. Today, I was called by the MC financial department and was informed that I would not be allowed to attend the annual meeting if I did not pay my dues before the meeting. I realize that I may not have the right to vote but shouldn't I be able to attend the meeting. Have others, who have not paid their maintenance fee, been told that they cannot attend? I believe this is their tactic to control the up-coming meeting. Please, some feedback from someone.
