Most all participants in this blog are requesting that they be "included in the TMC lawsuit", they are requesting that they be "added to the list" of disgruntled and generally are concurring with our list of complaints.
Be advised that, according to the NYS Attorney General's office, they do not read or monitor this blog in any way! Your requests to "join in the lawsuit" are not heard by anyone in any authority and your name will not be included in any action.
Instead, what everyone needs to do is formally register their complaint in writing to the AG's office. That is the only way you will have any effect on the pending investigation. If you received a survey from the AG - complete and forward it. If you did not receive a survey, write a letter of complaint. Now is the time for action! Address your personal complaints to NYS Attorney Farooq. Make the effort or forever hold your peace!
