Thank you so much for sharing this letter. I have been out of the loop in terms of reading this blog for the past couple months, but not doing anything. (We've only been "owners" with TMC since 2011, but only got to use our weeks once. Last year they told us our only option was to convert to RCI weeks, which we will not be able to use.)
