#l have you filed a formal complaint with the Mexican attorney generals office? #2 the US office of consumer affairs,these people are doing business within the US, and are subject to many US regulatory laws. #3 do a search to see if a lawyer has been hired by others in your same situation, if so join in the legal action.

#4 get in their face by constant negative posting about your experience.
