Hi I rented a timeshare for 4 days beginnig the 25 at windham benthly brook in Hancock MA. On Saturday the 19th I got the news that my sister only had a few days to live. I contacted seller on 20 and 24th and have not heard back. I am wondering if there is a refund/exchange policy.
