I can't believe anyone would fall for his scam. His post is in broken English. It's a SCAM !!! NEVER pay anyone money that claims they can recover the money you lost. It's the same scammers looking to get more money from you. Once you give money to any scammer they put you on the " sucker list " and somewhere down the road they contact you again and claim they can get back they money you were already scammed out of. It's a never ending cycle.
