Lance is correct -- it does vary by resort. Usually the price listed is what you will end up paying, but there are some resorts that have additional fees, so you would need to contact the owner to find out.
If you purchase a membership, then find you are unable to connect with an owner to arrange a transaction, please let us know within 30 days at RedWeek Customer Service and we will be happy to fully refund your membership fee.
