I am going to be trying to sell Wyndham points. I just want to make sure I have points to sell. I know that sounds crazy but you cannot be to careful. I don't want to sell to someone advertising points and have them sue me later cause they ended up with fixed weeks

I have 286000 Wyndham points to use each year. Now that I am looking to sell, I looked at the deed and there is no mention of points. Just fixed weeks. Looking at the rest of the paper work, there is contract like papers that talk about the conversion to points.

So, if I sell this, does the contract automatically transfer along with the deeded fixed weeks?
