If you go through First American Title:...

1)... there's a $100 fee. You and the party renting would have to decide and agree upon who pays that.

2)... the party renting can back out no fewer than 60 days prior to check-date. Do if the party cancels 60 days beforehand, what would you do?

and 3)...you don't get paid until at least 11 days after check out.

With Pay Pal, you don't have to worry about these.
