does anyone in this redweek forum, especially a legally-savvy, or better yet, AN ATTORNEY, have the expertise to at least summarize where THE NEW YORK STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL VS THE MANHATTAN CLUB TIMESHARE CASE is at this time? there appears to be so much mystery and clandestine issues occurring that i'm not sure even the principals in the law suit know what's happening.

there must be SOMEONE PARTICIPATING IN THIS FORUM who can give us all some pertinent information that the NYSAG hasn't been willing to share regarding the law suit. WE OWNERS DESERVE THIS INFORMATION TO HELP US FORM OUR OWN STRATEGIES IN DEALING WITH THE POSSIBLE OUTOMES OF THIS CASE.
