I'm no legal eagle. Wasser is probably the one who could give the best status (I'm not one of his clients). But whatever is happening internal to each side's attorney's offices isn't ever going to be made public. And whatever the judge is or isn't doing will not be public until she decides something. The silence IS VERY FRUSTRATING, but until something is filed or decided, waiting is the only option.
