The caller didn't give his company name, but a Google search of the number came up with Universal Resort Exchange http://www.urexchangeonline.com/ What is strange is that he initially called us at an unlisted private work number. Here is the voice message he left... "Yes my name is Jared Hayes and I was calling in reference to your timeshare property with the Manhattan club. And due to multiple request coming in for your location right now. I was giving you a courtesy call to do maybe an interest in renting out any of your unused time or interest in selling your timeshare property quickly. If so call me back. My number here is 855-420-8289. My extension here is 410. Have a great day."
