so, dub them clowns, but very smart ones. eichner and company need to be dealt a LEGAL DOSE OF RETRIBUTION AND JAIL TIME, AND VERY SOON. this issue has been dragging on ad nauseum and our NYSAG, still hasn't proved himself a champion of US..........THE OPPRESSED SCAMMED, CHEATED VICTIMS: THE SHAREOWNERS OF THE MANHATTAN CLUB.

As far as I understand, TMC means double selling to your guys.. For overpriced..

Maybe i havent understood everything correct here, fast reading the topic, but i do see sine point.. Similarities.. Fraudulent business scenario on these.

I wish my English was more understandable, but RHC case of mine is something proves things in this business are totally wrong generally. Its a matter of business fraud too with tax havens used, fake/drawer companies etc etc.

RHC means criminals to me, because I was scammed also big at Wyndham Bahamas. I'd like to show in public my contract.. Sort bout spoiling this topic with my story, but case of mine is a total.. My money was stolen by banning me. These cases just amazes me. Still no guarantee members win the case?
