No class action suit experience, 10 years of experience, a solo lawyer and the experience he does show on his site doesn't make me feel he could go up against Eichner and TMC...but who knows, maybe he could be another Matt Damon in John Grisham's The Rainmaker. I appreciate the sharing of this information, but I will continue to not put any more money towards this situation and wait and see what happens. Thanks again to Jeff Weir for his diligence in keeping abreast of this situation and periodically reporting on it. It is greatly appreciated by me. Gratitude towards Irene Smalls as well for all she has done.
