I am new to this forum. I wish to thank Redweek.com to allow Manhattan Club members to get information on the MC Lawsuit. I will try to attend the Friday meeting at 2:30pm. I went to the last meeting scheduled for Jan 15, but, when I got there I was told that MC lawyers postponed the meeting. So, if this one is postponed again will someone please e-mail me? I recently received the MC 2017 Timeshare budget. I am surprised by the large amount MC charges for Management Fees, over $6 million. The budget report also mentions condominium charges. Can someone explain what these condominium charges have to do with timeshare charges? Thank you.
