I am in a similar financial situation Our unit is totally paid for years ago.I have asked them to take back I don't want any money They have refused my request I have had it listed with various timeshare listing agents for about 6 years No one will buy this Albatros As to their attorneys saying they have people interested in buying ,please sent them to me I will GIVE them mine it is a fixed New Year week
