Thank you for all the information you have provided us. My husband and I have owned TMC timeshare since 1997. At the time we purchased the timeshare we did not without obtain a mortgage. However, we did receive paperwork on the mortgage terms and rate on the assumption that we did obtain a mortgage, with our closing statements. How can we find out whether TMC had recorded a mortgage on the official NYS Real Estate Record (ACRIS) on our timeshare?
