We own Grand Luxxe Spa Tower (yes, fish, hook and sinker)! Have only used it twice. We have had many phone calls and quite a few emails soliciting us to "sell". Promising about 4/5 of our investment......... We tell these people that we are not interested .....that "we will not pay any money up front, no OUT of POCKET cash. They say....... that's fine, we will pay the transfer fee....... Yada, yada. We are given a convoluted story of how they will "Deposit" a check for the enormous (10x) the maintenance fee........into our account. Yea right!. Promise is too good to be true. (We would be happy to get 33% or even 25%.....or less). These are SCAMS. Do not go there! Guess anyone who is trying to unload anything with VIDANTE is in the same boat with us. A great financial loss and an even tougher lesson to learn. We are stuck since we are NOT willing to pay that company even more money (the maintenance fee of a 3 BR Spa Tower is quite enormous). Using it to trade into the Registry Collection is not worth it either.
