Your best bet would be to reserve the highest demand possible week as possible and rent it out (don't pay more than a modest fee to advertise-like on redweek). If you can't reserve a holiday week, like Easter, Christmas or New Years, your best bet would be weeks 4-10 or so. You should at least be able to cover the MF and make a few hundred if not more.
