No our time share is / was not paid off

They do not have to be only if you donate to charity and What I read charity is hard to go buy and get a tax write off at the end of the year

We had two time shares that were rolled into one

we had bought in Hawaii and Branson they rolled those two into one in Utah

Our first payment was due in January of this year

Only payment made was a maintenance fee payment in December of 2015
