I would recommend that you rent off a site like Redweek. Why commit yourself to a lifetime of increasing fees and assessments when you can rent for less than an owner pays in maintenance fees. There are no guarantees but Redweek staff has suggestions for safe rentals. Just ask and they will guide you through the system.

The Orlando area is the highest concentration of timeshares anywhere. You should have no trouble finding one available. The market is saturated in that area which is an advantage for renters. The competition to rent is enormous and some people will take what they can get.
