NEVER pay anyone money upfront that claims they can get you out of your contract !! Contact the resort yourself and ask them if they will take it back. You need to be current in all your fees and assessments. Don't fall for these pay upfront companies. They string you along until the time has expired for you to dispute the charges on your credit card and do nothing for you. They close up shop and open under a new name after they get too many complaints.
