I am not against using an attorney when someone needs one. What I am against is steering victims to an unscrupulous one. Any attorney that uses the internet to drum up business is a low life ambulance chaser. Who in their right mind would use an attorney they " heard about " on the internet. There are many competent attorneys right where people live. I use one for all my personal business and if I need an attorney for something he doesn't handle then he refers me to someone that can where I live.
Shills troll the forums for victims to steer to a particular attorney to get their upfront money. Then the excuses come until the period to dispute the charge on your credit card has expired. NEVER pay anyone money upfront that claims they can get you out of your contract especially one that someone tried to steer you to .
