Re: Anyone have experience with Castle Law Group, PC out of Tennessee (by Don P.):

NEVER pay anyone money upfront that claims they can get you out of your contract. Contact the resort yourself and ask then to take it back. I got rid of two timeshares in 2011 by contacting them myself. I made numerous calls until I got through to the person that handles the titles. I stated that I was going to get rid of them with or without their help and it was in their best interest to work with me.

I was current in my fees and assessments. It took only a few weeks and all I had to pay was a minimal filing fee. I have certified copies of all the paperwork and I have been free from maintenance fees for almost six years now. These attorney scams are all over the internet. Don't give them a penny. Some of them string you along with excuses until the period to dispute the charges on your credit card have expired. What do you know about them other than you saw them on the internet. Six thousand dollars is a lot of money to risk on something you " heard about " on the internet.
