Anyone have experience with Castle Law Group, PC out of Tennessee (by John I.):

Please don't think of the consultant as a "missionary." He is only a paid "salesman." He gets a commission for signing you up. He does not want to lose a paycheck. You might consider drafting a letter to both the law firm and the "consultant." Tell both that you have reconsidered your position and you don't want to continue with the transaction. Since no details of your ownership have been submitted, they can't possibly have incurred any expenses on your behalf. Hence, you want to negate the initial agreement and be held harmless. You might also continue that if they are adamant in pursuing you that you will take to the internet to let everyone know their greedy tactics. You will go to all the complaint sites and describe the way you were treated by the company and their paid "consultant." Simple reason would dictate that they don't want to poke an angry bees nest.

Before doing this, I would read your contract in full to make sure you haven't signed some clause that limits you right to back out. Good luck.
