Michael Bell that according to them did the final papers. While googling today I found this web site today ! I don't have a way of contacting as the phones are all busy nobody is answering it! In the mean time I'm paying $260 a month for maintenance fee and they had the nerve to charge me &25 for been late and not pay the whole thing in Jan. I'm in 80 year old bracket and I can't pay those fees specially as my husband passed away in Nov 2015,. What do anyone can recommend me to do? I'm desperate now! Have you heard of ""Timeshares by Owner""? I'm dealing with them too but it's to get a time share I got at least 25 years ago and we have outgrown it! Any info will be greatly appreciated!
