Contact Diamond directly at lossmitigation@diamondresorts.com. DRI has a voluntary surrender program. You must be up to date with the maintenance fees and mortgage. DRI might charge you a fee to cover closing costs of around $250.
Whatever you do, do not pay anyone a large, upfront fee to sell or "cancel" your timeshare. That's a scam.
