I was finally able to get out from our last timeshare. I found a buyer and did a normal transfer. Took a little over 3 months to complete. The option Wyndhan gave me was crap. Unless you have a high-demand TS, they don't want it back. Good luck.

I then followed up with a call to 855-312-9040 and Robert said that the process will take approximately 12-15 weeks to complete a title search because there are many requests to relinquish the timeshare to Wyndham. Once the title search is completed, the title department prepares the proper documents, mails it to the owner for execution, cancel the contract, record the deed, and send a final letter.
